To ensure Kris Renee’s safety and the enjoyment of all involved, there will be a short questionnaire regarding book subject and possible discussion material sent to the ordering customer immediately following booking. Kris Renee requires that this short form is filled out and returned as soon as possible.

At this time, Kris Renee will not be offering refunds for cancelled or no-show meetings.

If no one joins the scheduled ZOOM meeting within ten minutes of the scheduled time, the meeting is considered a no-show and the meeting will be canceled without refund.

Kris Renee reserves the right to cancel/end/terminate the virtual meeting at any time before or during the event due to discomfort, breach of contract or inappropriate behaviors on behalf of the customer and anyone else on the screen without a refund.
